On a regular basis, new visitors need small assistance on how to correctly use calculators and what to select and enter in order to have correct results. If you are one of them, then this service is right for you.
I have tried to make the calculator as intuitive as possible, but at the first contact with the calculator, it is a usual thing to ask for a helping hand.
Not only the help is needed to correctly select the calculation inputs, but also to understand what values are required for each calculator and what assumptions are built in the calculator itself.
So, in order help you to get full power from the calculator, I give you the possibility to request a calculation service from me – the calculator developer and experienced engineer to solve for you a task in return of a small compensation.
I hope that after that you get clear instruction on how to continue with the calculator and what to expect from it, you will be fully independent so you can calculate even more tasks on your own.

- not every task can be resolved within the available budget for a single calculation service fee. The additional proposal will be sent to you for your acceptance, containing proposed fee and time needed for the calculation

a. Fill the calculation service request form, with as many details about the problem that
you want to solve
b. If you have a registered account, you can log in and your registered email will be used.
If not, please provide correct email.
c. Confirm that you understand that the task that you send to me will be the subject
df the review by myself and that if I accept the task, the calculation service fee will
be needed
a. I will review your request, and let you know if some more information is needed,
using the email that you used for registration
b. After you send me additional required information that you might have,
I will review the task and let you know if I can accept the task or not.
a. If I accept the task, I will confirm and ask you to continue with the calculation service fee payment.
a. Once you complete the payment we have the agreement.
a. Once I confirm the payment, I will send you task results. Two files will be attached a) the calculation report in Word .docx format and b) print screen in image .jpg format of the calculator with all values entered, units selected and calculation setup buttons selected. Once I send you those files, paid calculation service is finalized.
a. If you think that the task was not resolved well, you can send me your complaints;
if I accept, I will solve the task according to your comments; if I can’t meet your
requests I will offer you service cancel and fee refunding
b. If I don’t accept the task, from the step 3a), it can be for one of the
following reasons:
a. After the service completion, I will ask you to fill a single page survey to help improve the service for the next user
a. It is all up to you. If you still need a helping hand, I am available at any time.
b. If you didn’t already select a subscription plan and get access to the
full calculation service
