Subscription refunding
You can request to be refunded for any subscription plan. For annual subscription plan, you have to request refund within 30 days from purchase. After 30 days from purchasing annual subscription plan, this refunding policy doesn't apply for annual subscription and you will not be refunded. All other subscription plans are refunded in a full value, reduced for fees by payment processor company (if any), regardless of the moment of your refund request.

Optionally, you can provide more information about the reason for refund request.
After receiving your refund request I will respond to you within reasonable time (less than 2 days) and initiate full refund. Once I initiate the refund to you, all available services for the subscription plan will end instantly. The money that you will get at the end depends on the payment processor fee only (PayPal, 2Checkout, FasterPay, or other), as I am refunding full payments.
It may take a few days for the refund to appear on your card.For more details, contact your bank.
Subscription canceling
There is no need to do subscription canceling as once your subscription expires, you will not be automatically charged. Please read subscription renewal below. If you request refund, I will cancel your subscription instantly after I activate refund with the payment processor (PayPal, 2Checkout, FasterPay, or other). Subscription renewal
Your subscription will not automatically renew and you will not be charged recursively. Once your subscription expires, you will have to renew it manually. If you, on the other hand, decide to extend your subscription while current one has not expired, you can purchase annual subscription plan for a special lower price.
Subscription
Development and delivery of pipe flow calculators for more than 15 years was funded by advertisements displayed on the web page from where calculator applet was accessible. Now, you can download calculator to your desktop, start it with one click activation without required interaction with the web page itself. Due to that fact, another way of funding this project was required and I have selected subscription model. Subscription fees are based on the selected subscription length. Subscribed users will have full access to all desktop and web calculators. Read more about subscriptions.
