Known issues and problems with calculators

After payment transaction completed can't use full service

You should be able to solve this simply by log out and log in again.

Calculator freezes, calculate button and unit change doesn't work

This is most probably due to the fact that your session has expired. It happens when you open the page with calculator and leave it open for some time without any interaction. To resolve this problem, you simply have to reload or refresh page with calculator and new session will be created.
